So I am getting pretty good at these videos. Maybe I can get pretty good at fantasy football this year now. Looking at my roster, probably not. This week I take on the Dan vs Kevin beef, people giving up already, current standing, week highs and lows and of course a little smack talk.
I promised these videos would get better as the year went on and I hope I did not disappoint. I acquired my own MBFFL studio to up the production value. Next I need to get a desk and a TV to play proper graphics. Possibly more importantly I need to get better jokes and possibly a suit. Enjoy.
Keeping my word for at least one week this year, here is your first week 1 wrap up. I think I am getting better at these videos, by the end of the year I should be at a Michael Bay level with lots of explosions. In these weeks wrap up I go through some of the top performers, some of the bottom feeders, take a lot of shots at Craig of course, and address the Ray Rice situation.
Just wanted to take some time to go through everyone’s draft, evaluate and then post my unbiased opinion on what grade they should receive based on their draft. I have to admit, I was inspired heavily by Craig.
Hey All –
One more announcement to make before our draft on August 30th. Rick will not be able to be in the league this year. Like so many people fail to do, he wanted to ride off into the sunset after have to give up the trophy to Graig this year. Rick was in the league for 9 years and it is sad to see him go.
His replacement is Erick who is very knowledgeable in fantasy football and should be very active. He has some big shoes to fill as Rick mustered one transaction total last year. Like everyone in the league, Erick also plays slowpitch softball, he enjoys old Buicks and long walks on the beach.
Most of you know him already which is hopefully a good thing… Help me welcome Erick “Spizzo” Sperloen to the league!

You may be asking, why the hell would I want an app for the league? Couple things… The biggest reason is that you can get push notifications to your phone so that you will never again miss a message on the website. It also makes it a little easier to to browse the website from your phone and write to forum messages.

Hello League –
We have some important league news. Herb gave me a call last week and let me know that he regrettably had to drop out of the league due to amount of young kids and other life events not allowing him the time anymore. Herb was in the league for 9 years and it sucks to see him go. This now greatly reduces the amount of security we will feel at the drafts as we will no longer have a Milwaukee Police Officer present. Instead we must now rely on Craig who’s last security job was Keg Security at a drunkendelight.com party.
However, have no fear, I have found a great replacement. Great being an objective term, of course. Kevin Lucius, welcome to the league. A little history on Kevin… In the three years I have known him, he has only made it through ONE softball season without season ending injury. He is a Minnesota Vikings fan, so please bring a sympathy card to the draft, and he listens to Fantasy talk radio on Sirius XM, so you know he is REALLY good… 😉
In true MBFFL fashion, please do not refrain from smack talk as he is now your sworn league enemy who is trying to take your trophy.
