    We should implement a rule where if you start a guy on a bye week or a player ruled out for a game you pay $5 or $10 each player. This is a money league it’s cheap for people to get easy wins because someone doesn’t change their team. The money could just go in the trans fee.

    Ya we can vote on it next year. I don’t think it happens much or if at all in this league considering if you do it more then once you risk being kicked out of the league
